We value your privacy
You have provided us with a lot of data when filling out an application for a contribution from one of the Oog voor Impuls subsidies. Some of this data can be traced back to you as an individual, for example, the combination of your initials and last name. As well as your last name and your IBAN number. We call this data “personal data”. In this privacy statement, we explain how we handle your data.
What personal data do we store?
We store the following data about you in our systems:
- First name
- Surname
- Place of residence
- Email address
- Phone number
- Chamber of Commerce number
- Gender
- IBAN number
What do we use your personal data for?
We use your personal data, together with the other data you have entered, to assess your application and to communicate with you about this. We also need this data to be able to pay you your contribution and, if we have any questions about this, to email you about it. In addition, we can inform you about other subsidies of Oog voor Impuls by email. There are parties, such as the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science, that are interested in the effects of the Oog voor Impuls program. These parties can have a study carried out, for example, in the form of a survey. We also need your personal data for this.
Who has access to your data?
The parties involved in the assessment and processing of your application have access to your personal data. These are Platform ACCT (Winthontstraat 5, 1013 BR Amsterdam) and the administration office ASK (Herengracht 566 III, 1017 CH Amsterdam). Concerning the Samenwerking & Schaalvoordelen subsidy, CAOP also has access (Lange Voorhout 13, 2514 EA The Hague).
Where is your data stored?
We store your data in a database in a secure cloud environment. Only the above-mentioned parties that need the data to process the application have access to it. They alone have the login details to access the database. Email traffic also takes place in a secure manner. We ask you, when you email us personal data, to do so in a secure manner, for example via a Gmail address.
How long do we store your data?
The Oog voor Impuls program runs until January 2028. Your data is stored for processing and evaluating the program and is therefore needed until the Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science determines the subsidy (expected in 2029). After that, your personal data will be deleted from our systems.
Are we going to give your data to someone else?
As we have already told you, there are various parties who may want to conduct research into the effect of the Oog voor Impuls program. If it is necessary for this research, we will make your personal data available to this party. We will only do this once we have ensured that this party has properly arranged the protection of your data.
What rights do you have?
Your data is and remains your data. As the law dictates, you are the boss of your data. That is why you have far-reaching rights:
- The right to access
You have the right to request access to the personal data that we have stored about you at any time. An email or message to our Functionaris Persoonsgegevens (Data Protection Officer, see below) is sufficient. - The right to a correction

If we want to use your data for a purpose other than that stated in this privacy statement (which we will, of course, not do), you have the right to object to this. You can also contact the Functionaris Persoonsgegevens (Data Protection Officer, see below) for this. - The right to data transfer and portability
There may come a time when you want us to make your data available to another party, for example, a future employer. You can then instruct us to do this, and you can also indicate how we should transfer the data (for example, in an Excel sheet or by letter) - The right to restriction
Because you are the boss, you determine what we may and may not do with your data. For example, if you do not want to participate in a non-anonymized study into the effectiveness of the program, you can indicate this. We follow your wishes. - The right to be forgotten
You can instruct us at any time to permanently delete your personal data from our systems. - The right to complain
